Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:

You may return unopened and unused products within:

Opened Products (100-Day Guarantee Only)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be resold.
However, under our 100-day money-back guarantee, we may offer a refund for opened products if:

The return request is made within 100 days of delivery

The product was purchased directly from our store

No more than a reasonable amount has been used (e.g. trial use)
Opened product refunds are issued at our discretion and may be limited to one per customer.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

You receive the wrong item
Email contact@clnlabs.com with photos where possible, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Products purchased on clearance or final sale (where stated)

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements are not eligible for return under the 14-day cancellation right, but may qualify under our 100-day guarantee as outlined above.
