Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. However, for orders after 1pm we will always endeavour to ship items the same day if the post has not yet been collected. 

Please note that dispatch times are estimates and not guarantees.

We currently offer the following UK delivery services:

  • Next Day Delivery

  • Royal Mail 24

  • Royal Mail 48

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Where available, tracking information will be provided.

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom addresses only

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier network issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@clnlabs.com, and we’ll investigate and assist where possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

  • Failed delivery attempts where the address provided is incomplete or incorrect
